Job Overview

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in common areas (such as lobby, hallways, and common rooms)
- Use hand tools and power tools for specific cleaning as needed
- Patrol and litter pick up of parking areas, collection and disposal of all garbage, recycling and compost containers
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety standards




- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding completed tasks or any issues encountered

Requirements :

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties and safely lift and handle cleaning supplies.
- Good communication skills for explicit coordination with team members and clients
- Customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction when interacting with facility users
- Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
- Clean criminal record (background check required)

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.5 - 18 per week
