Manage residence operations at Olds College of Agriculture & Technology while overseeing Residence Life, financial performance, and student support.

This full-time, permanent manager leads campus residence operations and the Residence Life program. The position supervises the Residence Life Team and Residence Front Office while supporting a positive living and learning workplace. Responsibilities span occupancy, budgeting, systems, conduct response, and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance against established targets
- Oversee Residence Life programs, staff guidance, and student support
- Manage residence fees, accounts, deposits, refunds, and reconciliations
- Maintain financial controls, documentation, approvals,



and delegated authorizations
- Coordinate residence services with campus departments and committees

Requirements:

- Relevant university degree; master’s degree considered an asset
- Minimum three years’ progressively responsible Student Affairs experience
- Experience supervising staff and managing residence programs
- Experience supporting student conduct or crisis response
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
