We're Hiring: Residential Cleaner (Part-Time & Full-Time, Ottawa West)

Some people walk into a messy room and already see what it could look like. Others haven't learned to see it yet, and that's okay. We'll teach you. What we're really looking for is someone who cares about doing things well and wants to get better at it.

At Brooms & Bubbles Co., we believe a clean home creates space for people to enjoy what matters most. We provide premium residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and house management across Ottawa and Gatineau. We're a small, growing team that takes pride in our work and in each other, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Where You'll Work:

Most of our jobs for this role are in Ottawa West (Kanata, Stittsville, Manotick, Barrhaven, Nepean, and surrounding areas), so living in or near the west end is ideal.

What You'll Do

- Clean and reset homes and commercial spaces to our standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Make beds, tidy, and complete light organizing
- Handle laundry when needed: wash, dry, fold, and put away
- Follow your daily schedule and travel between client locations
- Restock and care for supplies and equipment
- Communicate kindly and professionally with clients and teammates
- Treat every client's space like it matters, because to them, it does

What You Need

- Reliable transportation (you'll travel between job sites throughout the day)
- Availability Monday to Sunday based on client schedules, including weekends as needed. Shifts are mostly daytime.
- Ability to do physical work: lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive movement
- Strong communication in English (French is a great asset)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Living in or near Ottawa West or willing to travel
- Cleaning, hospitality, or house management experience
- Familiarity with cleaning products
