Job Summary

- Support restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, or other property damage.

- Help return homes and commercial spaces to secure, clean, and usable condition by assisting with cleanup, removal of damaged materials, and preparation for repairs.

- Work on-site as part of a restoration team, following project instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning and debris removal in affected areas.

- Assist with water extraction, drying, and placement of restoration equipment as directed.

- Remove damaged materials and prepare surfaces for restoration work.

- Use hand tools and power tools safely for basic demolition, cleanup, and repair-preparation tasks.

- Move materials and equipment, maintain an orderly work area, and protect unaffected areas when needed.





- Follow safety procedures, use required protective equipment, and report hazards or changing site conditions.

- Communicate progress and project needs to team members and supervisors.

Experience

- Previous restoration, cleaning, or construction experience is helpful but not required.

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is an advantage.

- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute effectively as part of a team.

- Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working in areas affected by property damage.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
