Role Description The Retail Sales Ambassador is a full time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB, responsible for representing client brands in retail environments and driving in-store sales. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with shoppers, delivering product demonstrations, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable guidance to support purchasing decisions. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized display area,



ensuring accurate product placement and signage, and tracking basic sales metrics or customer feedback as required.

The Retail Sales

Ambassador collaborates with store staff and LINQ field leadership, follows program guidelines, and upholds brand standards to create memorable, accountable customer experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced store environment.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse shoppers and build positive brand relationships.
- Solid Product Knowledge capabilities, including learning key features, benefits, and competitive differentiators for featured brands.
- Prior experience in retail, field sales, or brand activation is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site, standing for extended periods, and interacting with customers throughout the shift.
- Reliable time management, professional appearance, and adherence to program standards and compliance requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field is an asset.
