Lead retail property performance at RioCan with financial management and tenant relations expertise across Tanger Outlets, Ottawa. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Reporting to the Regional Director, Operations, the General Manager oversees property management and operations for a RioCan portfolio. The position covers building operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tenant relations, and financial accountability. Success requires retail property management experience, leadership, and solid communication.

Key Responsibilities: Establish strategic goals with Asset Management and Leasing teams

Manage emergencies, security, contractors, and emergency services

Lead rent collection and resolve tenant receivable issues





Prepare budgets and review financial performance reports

Maintain tenant relationships and oversee lease compliance

Requirements: Five to seven years of retail property management experience

Demonstrated financial management ability

Exceptional customer service and leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi
