As an experienced Automation and Robotic Welding Technologist, you will develop, demonstrate, and implement advanced welding solutions. The work spans cobots, industrial robotic systems, mechanized processes, and emerging technologies. You will collaborate with customers, sales, product specialists, automation partners, integrators, and engineering teams to address production challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead automated welding solution development and validation
- Develop procedures for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Design, test, and optimize customer welding applications
- Support robotic integration, trials,



and production implementation
- Conduct demonstrations, training, and proof-of-concept trials

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in welding, mechanical, manufacturing, or engineering technology
- Five or more years in welding, manufacturing, or automation
- Robust GMAW and FCAW process knowledge
- Experience with robotic, cobot, or mechanized welding systems
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
