Cintas seeks a Route Service Representative for its Rental Division in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This full-time, first-shift position manages existing customer accounts while growing them through upselling and cross-selling. You will drive a truck, service customers, maintain inventory, and handle uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive established routes and service existing customer accounts
- Deliver and pick up uniforms and facility products
- Build rapport with customer decision makers as Cintas’s representative




- Resolve concerns proactively while ensuring quality standards
- Upsell products and negotiate service agreement renewals

Requirements:

- Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
- Meet provincial requirements for regulated vehicle operation
- Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
- Solid customer service orientation and teamwork
