We are seeking a dynamic and Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on technology products and solutions
- Upsell additional items or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is tidy and inviting
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks




- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in automotive or related fields
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively
- Bilingual skills (English plus additional language) are a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with CRM systems, objection handling, and sales procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
