Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Associate role based in Scarborough, ON.

The Sales

Associate will greet customers, understand their printing and design needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing sales quotes, processing orders and payments, coordinating with production staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery, and maintaining a clean, organized front-of-house area. The role also involves answering phone and in-person inquiries, explaining service options, upselling and cross-selling relevant offerings, and resolving basic customer issues.

The Sales

Associate will assist with visual merchandising, monitor inventory of commonly used materials, and support daily store operations as needed.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and provide courteous, professional assistance.
- Candidates should possess sales and retail skills, such as handling point-of-sale transactions, managing cash or electronic payments, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Candidates should possess basic technical and product knowledge related to printing, copying, signage, and packaging, with the ability to learn equipment features and service specifications.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple customer requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and detail orientation skills, ensuring accurate order entry, careful review of customer requirements, and effective resolution of minor issues.
- Previous experience in retail, print services, or a customer-facing environment is an asset.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with point-of-sale systems and office software are beneficial.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as required, and the ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting.
