ToDoToronto is one of Toronto's leading social media platforms, helping over 1 million Instagram followers discover the city's best events, restaurants, and experiences.

We're looking for an outgoing, organized individual to help grow our advertising partnerships and support our content operations. Ideal for a university student or recent graduate interested in sales, marketing, and social media.

What You'll Do

Sales & Lead Generation (70%)

- Contact approximately 20 businesses per shift through Instagram DMs and emails.
- Research prospects using Apollo, our CRM, and competitor activity.
- Follow up with leads and book meetings for our sales team.
- Make occasional sales calls and attend client meetings or local events in Downtown Toronto.
- Track sales activities in our CRM.

Content Operations (30%)

- Monitor and coordinate with team members between 8–10 AM.
- Review and approve social media content for accuracy and quality.
- Monitor accounts and flag content opportunities.
- Assist with content creation, scheduling, and community management as needed.

What We're Looking For
- University/college student or recent graduate preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with sales outreach and familiar with social media.




- Based in or able to travel to Downtown Toronto.
- Available Thursday–Sunday, 8 AM–12 PM.

Experience is an asset, but not required. Training provided.
