Cranbrook Nissan is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help lead and grow our sales department.

Under new ownership, we're bringing a fresh approach to the dealership, including refreshed inventory, renewed processes and a solid focus on creating a positive experience for both our customers and our employees. Our large geographic market provides significant opportunity for the right sales leader.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team
- Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
- Work with the team to maximize every sales opportunity
- Ensure strong follow-up and CRM processes
- Monitor performance and establish achievable targets
- Work closely with Finance and Fixed Operations
- Help recruit and develop successful Sales Consultants




- Create a customer experience that generates repeat and referral business

What We're Looking For

- Automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Understanding of dealership inventory and desking
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, accountable leadership style
- Someone who wants to help build a successful dealership culture
