Support biologics production at AbbVie through process improvement, documentation control, and Maximo production scheduling activities. Work across operational priorities with sound judgment and organization.

As a Process Improvement Technician, you will support the Biologics Business Unit through production-related duties and continuous improvement initiatives. The work includes Vault documentation, Global Trackwise records, Maximo scheduling, and gamma irradiation preparation. You will coordinate tasks, support projects, and help troubleshoot operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and control production logbooks as required
- Generate, review, and approve assigned Vault documentation
- Track Global Trackwise records and monitor them daily




- Generate and input monthly production schedules in Maximo
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across biologics operations

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed approach with effective prioritization abilities
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint competency
- Proficiency with Global Trackwise, Maximo, and One Vault preferred
- Understanding of regulated GMP industry requirements
