The Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to :
- Help Manager setting goals with the management team and actioning plans to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Help Manager Training the staff
- Leading, developing and engaging operational staff
- Ensuring safe, efficient operation of the sales and service areas
- Overseeing development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Staying current with industry trends and state-of-the-art processes and equipment
Qualifications :
- High school Diploma
- Work experience managing a team
