Training will include duties in several departments such as customer service, cashiering, store standards and general operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- The highest priority! - Creating a positive environment for our team while delivering strong customer service skills.
- Managing day to day operations of the front end with the assistance of the Store Managers.
- Work with the store manager to create & organize a daily plan to keep the store running smoothly.
- Managing and covering breaks within the store.
- Learning all areas and aspects of the store.
- Upholding the visions and values of our company.
- Train new team members as needed.

Requirements of this Position:

- Prior management experience is an asset.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- A self described "people person".
- Able to work Saturday shifts and Thursday evenings.

Salary : Starting at $23.00/hour
