We enhance our lives by helping others succeed We care about our clients, each other, and our communities The Senior Business Analyst, Finance owns the finance and controlling workstream for our S/4HANA program, translating how Emmerson Packaging closes its books, costs its products and manages tax into a clean-core S/4HANA design.

In this role, you will be the bridge between Finance leadership, our systems integrator and the PMO, and you will support Finance as it takes on ownership of pricing after the conversion.

Packaging is moving from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA through a RISE with SAP Brownfield system conversion, and we are hiring experienced business analysts to help lead the design. The program is run by our Program Management Office (PMO) and is the company’s primary strategic initiative. You will shape a Day 1 design for a real manufacturing business, work directly with business process owners in 24 departments, and have visible impact on how the company runs for the next decade.

open items and history before and after conversion Builds test scenarios, leads integration and user acceptance testing with Finance, and supports cutover, month-end dry runs and hypercare Supports change management and training for Finance users alongside business process owners Abides by all Emmerson Packaging’s Management System policies, follows procedures, work instructions and other requirements including adherence to EH&S; Act regulations. Must be familiar with SAP S4 Project Methodology, fit-to-standard and clean-core principles 7+ years as a business analyst or functional consultant in SAP finance, with at least one full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementation (Brownfield conversion strongly preferred) Hands‑on depth in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (cost center accounting, product costing, CO-PA), and working knowledge of Material Ledger Degree in accounting, finance, business or information systems Hands‑on experience with SAP SD pricing: condition technique, pricing procedures, condition records and price lists, and how pricing flows to billing and margin analysis CPA designation, or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification Experience in packaging, plastics, converting or process manufacturing RISE with SAP / private cloud experience A collaborative PMO team with deep ECC and change management experience #
