As Senior Broker within Aon’s Construction & Infrastructure team, you will support project-specific and ongoing practice policies. You will manage client relationships, analyse exposures, negotiate with insurance markets, and provide practical recommendations. Approximately five or more years of relevant insurance experience is expected.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow construction and infrastructure client portfolios

Develop tailored insurance and risk-management strategies

Place Builder’s Risk and Wrap-Up programmes

Prepare submissions, analyses, renewals and presentations





Negotiate coverage terms, conditions and pricing

Requirements: Approximately five or more years of relevant insurance experience

Construction, property, casualty or energy insurance experience

Experience with Builder’s Risk or Wrap-Up Liability

Solid account-management and client-relationship skills

Clear communication, negotiation and analytical abilities
