Shape Metrolinx strategy through corporate planning, strategic analysis, and transformation initiatives supporting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. This role is onsite.

As a Senior Strategist, you will support enterprise and divisional strategy development and execution. Your work will combine qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management. You will help address complex organizational problems and design feasible solutions across Metrolinx.

Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

Demonstrated experience in organizational strategy

Understanding of corporate strategy development and implementation

Ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions independently

Robust analytical, communication, and presentation skills
