Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers in-store, providing professional product knowledge, especially about bicycles and electric bikes.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager and team to achieve sales targets.
- Actively identify sales opportunities and work to close deals effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining efficiency in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
- Robust product knowledge of bicycles and electric bikes, or a proven track record in learning and understanding technical products.




- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written.
- Aggressive sales mindset - ability to work between the manager and the customer to close deals.
- Able to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environments with professionalism.

Compensation :

- Base salary plus commission (competitive pay structure based on experience and performance).
