- Prepare medium-complexity capital project and professional services estimates
- Support large and mega-complex cost estimates
- Analyze contractor cost breakdowns and price schedules




- Verify quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates
- Maintain and trend historical cost data Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of consistent cost estimating experience
- Federal government and infrastructure project experience
