Montreal-based Senior IT PMO Analyst specializing in project governance, financial reporting, and technology tool administration for Domtar.

This permanent, full time position supports IT project portfolio governance within Domtar’s IT Digital & Data Transformation department. The senior analyst manages project financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking while administering project management, SharePoint, funding request, capacity planning, and timesheet tools. The role also supports project managers and stakeholders with documentation, data quality, status updates, closures, compliance, and training.

Key Responsibilities: Administer project management tools, licenses, users, and access

Manage SharePoint sites and provide first-level user support

Coordinate funding requests, documentation, workflows, and follow-ups





Support project closures, financial accuracy, archiving, and status updates

Maintain templates and improve reporting, processes, and automation

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or similar

Minimum five years working in information technology

Minimum five years in project management roles

Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken

Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
