As a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services, you will deliver Mobility Tax compliance and advisory solutions. The work includes analyzing client tax data, reviewing returns, advising on cross-border work, and supporting mobility policy and employer tax needs. You will also lead teams, engagements, and business development.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze client tax data and determine Canadian and US filing positions

Review Canadian and US personal income tax returns

Advise clients on working across tax jurisdictions

Lead mobility engagements and business development efforts

Manage account financials, teams, performance, and client relationships

Requirements: Minimum seven years of US and/or Canadian personal income tax experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

CPA or Enrolled Agent credential obtained or in progress

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skilled judgment, innovation, and current tax knowledge
