Key Responsibilities: Translate business priorities into people strategies

Analyze people data and recommend organizational improvements

Advise on employee relations and investigations

Requirements: Seven-plus years of progressive HR or People Partner experience

Experience coaching leaders and managing employee relations

Experience with organizational design and workforce planning

Data-driven approach to diagnosing challenges

Solid business acumen and communication skills
