As a senior estimator, you will be responsible for calculating major construction cost estimates, and you will be involved in the planning, development, negotiation, and contract execution of a project.



Review of bid documents identifying special requirements and assisting the department in mitigation of risks.

Prepare budgets, cost proposals and value engineering to suit different project delivery methods. Academic background related to construction/engineering and/or applicable designation in estimating. 10+ years experience in progressive estimating positions with general contractors and/or construction managers on large and medium sized ICI projects (Fit-ups, Additions, New Builds.) Strong skills in estimating software. Strong background in CCDC2 and CCDC5B contract type tenders.

Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and flexibility to work additional hours when required.
