Operations & Warehouse Manager - Event Rentals

Confetti Creative Celebrations Ltd. is a family-run event rental company serving the Lower Mainland since 1990. We provide tents, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, and event equipment for weddings, corporate events, and community functions

We are entering a growth phase and are looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help build a more structured, efficient, and scalable business.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role.

You will be responsible for running daily warehouse and logistics operations while improving systems, leading a small team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly—especially during peak event season.

This is not a desk job. You will be both leading and working alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations:

- Order preparation and staging

- Returns processing and sorting

- Cleaning and inventory flow

- Lead and manage a small team (4-6 staff)

- Implement and enforce operational procedures (SOPs)

- Improve warehouse organization and workflow efficiency

- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time





- Plan staffing and workflow for busy periods (especially Mondays/Fridays and peak season)

- Manage inventory flow, damage control, and organization

- Solve daily operational challenges independently

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
- Proven experience leading and managing a team
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on leadership style (willing to jump in and lead by example)
- Process-driven mindset (you like building structure and systems)
- Ability to stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
- Performance-based bonus
