As our Logistics Clerk , you will be responsible for completing and supporting inspection, testing and repair work related to fire protection and related equipment.

What You'll Do:

- Demonstrating safety leadership in all aspects of work through adherence to safety standards, policies and procedures established in the HSE system.
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and freight including communications with transportation providers and the corporate procurement and warehousing team.
- Receiving internal transfers, vendor shipments and other incoming freight, ensuring products and quantities match shipping documents.
- Picking orders as indicated on pick tickets and organize orders in bins or on pallets in preparation for technician work activities or delivery.
- Preparing shipping documents including packing slips, hazardous materials documents, etc.
- Inputting shipping and receiving data in the ERP and prepare associated shipping and receiving documents as required.
- Sorting and placing products, parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined. warehouse locations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining up to date and accurate filing of documents for incoming and outgoing shipments.




- Coordinating and conducting cycle counts, bin maintenance, and inventory management.
- Operating warehouse equipment as per valid certifications and training.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse.

- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel to and work out of remote client sites. Overtime may be necessary; therefore, flexibility in hours of work will be required.
- Previous experience in fire inspection or a related field would be preferred.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years previous experience in fire inspection or a related field would be preferred.
