Site: Shared Health - Westman Laboratory (Brandon) Department / Unit: SHDS DI Radiology Reason for Term: Maternity Leave Anticipated Shift: Days;Evenings;Weekends;Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Imaging Technology.

Successful completion of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists certification exam (CAMRT). Completion of a formal management training program or health care administration course is an asset. May be exposed to infectious diseases, blood and body fluids, toxic materials, noise, allergens, physical and emotional stress.

May be required to work with provincial safety and health officer or other employees in the continuous development of protected work practices/place.



This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. Please note that an employee is not permitted to hold two or more positions in Shared Health that combine to equal more than 1.0 FTE.
