Responsible for shifts in the applicable transitional rehabilitation housing program to ensure the provision of client-centered support and rehabilitation in a residential setting. The rehabilitation worker will provide supportive counseling and/or crisis intervention to clients/tenants whenever necessary. Provide individual support and teaching or assisting with life skills, such as cleaning, cooking, personal and sleep hygiene as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Science or related field Two years of experience working with adults recovering from mental health issues. Training in CPR, CPI, ASIST, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Concurrent Disorders, ASL and LSQ is an asset.



Demonstrates specific knowledge of health issues and of social problems associated with the impact of mental illness.
