Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, possess strong food service and customer service skills, and be well-versed in food safety and sanitation standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment where professionalism and attention to detail are valued.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred, especially familiarity with POS systems such as Silverware, and the ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
- Upsell menu items to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction




- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces in accordance with sanitation standards
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Silverware is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is advantageous but not required
- FULL TIME AVAILABILITY - DAYS, NIGHTS, WEEKENDS
