Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Server/Busser to help create a welcoming dining experience. This hands-on role combines guest service with dining-room support, including taking orders, serving food, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Prior restaurant or food service experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are also valued.

Duties

- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide attentive, courteous customer service throughout their visit.
- Take and enter orders accurately using a POS system; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, check in with guests, and communicate requests or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Support upselling by describing menu items and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables; assist with seating and dining-room flow as needed.
- Help with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks within the scope of the role.
- Follow food handling, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
- Process payments accurately and assist with cashiering and cash handling when assigned.




- Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to support smooth service.

- Transparent communication, teamwork, and a professional, welcoming manner.
- Attention to detail when entering orders, handling payments, and following food safety procedures.
- Basic math and math skills for order accuracy and payment transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems; Micros POS experience is a plus.
- Food service experience, restaurant experience, or experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of serving, food handling, food preparation, sanitation, or kitchen operations is helpful.
- Ability to learn menu details, follow instructions, and remain composed during busy service periods.

Pay: $17.60-$20.49 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
