Job Responsibilities

Welcome showroom customers, introduce products, and provide qualified recommendations.

Assist customers with window covering designs, product selection, and quotations.

Answer customer inquiries by phone and follow up with potential clients.

Coordinate schedules and communication between customers, production, and installation teams.

Maintain customer records and follow up on orders and after-sales service.

After training, conduct on-site measurements, design consultations, and sales independently.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience in window coverings, home improvement, or related industries.

Fluent English with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in computer applications and office software.

Good design sense; interior design experience is an asset.





Valid driver’s license and ability to drive independently.

Self-motivated, responsible, and sales-oriented.

- Strong teamwork and customer follow-up skills.

Working Hours

5 days per week (specific days to be discussed).

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $18–$20/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

First 3 Months: Training and probationary period focused on product knowledge, customer service, and sales procedures. No sales commission during this period.

After 3 Months: Eligible employees may receive:

Base hourly pay

Individual sales commissions

Team performance bonuses

Sales Commission: Once qualified to independently conduct on-site measurements, design consultations, and sales, employees can earn commissions on eligible completed sales, including showroom-generated customers, according to company commission policies.
