Directing design strategies and concepts on complex projects

feasibility assessments, and investigations, and writing corresponding reports

Conducting site visits and troubleshooting construction issues; Supporting the continuous development of mechanical design standards and practices

Design experience with central plant systems, including hot water, steam, and chilled water systems

Significant exposure to DDC control systems, including writing sequences of operations, specifications, and troubleshooting in office control issues

Design experience across multiple industries, including commercial, industrial, educational, multi-unit residential, healthcare, and government

Engineering license in Ontario with 10+ years of relevant design experience in the building construction industry
