Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations and support a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. This role leads and develops the team, manages retail and service-related operations, and helps meet business goals through thoughtful sales, merchandising, and marketing. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, administrative, and customer service skills, with the ability to balance team needs and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily spa operations, coordinate schedules, and maintain effective workflows.

- Supervise, coach, and develop team members; support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training and development.

- Promote excellent customer service through professional communication, attentive guest support, and strong phone etiquette.

- Oversee retail sales, sales management, merchandising, and product presentation.

- Manage POS transactions, cashiering, cash handling, and accurate bookkeeping.

- Support purchasing, inventory oversight, and vendor negotiations.

- Assist with pricing, budgeting, sales planning, and tracking operational performance.

- Contribute to marketing efforts and promote spa services and retail products.

- Complete administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and support payroll processes.





- Use time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and address operational needs.

- Apply sound judgment and math skills when reviewing transactions, records, and business information.

Requirements

- Experience in spa, retail, store, or related operations; retail management or administrative experience is an asset.

- Supervising experience, with demonstrated strengths in team management, leadership, and staff development.

- Knowledge of retail sales, sales management, POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, merchandising, purchasing, pricing, budgeting, payroll, and bookkeeping.

- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, interviewing, and organizational skills.

- Effective time management, attention to detail, math skills, and professional phone etiquette.

- Ability to support marketing activities and contribute to sales goals.

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
