ensure that solutions comply with current standards and regulations and supervise their implementation; • Act as a technical reference for stakeholders and suppliers to recommend solutions adapted to needs and business directions; • Lead opportunity and impact analyses to ensure consistency of solutions with business objectives and technological constraints; • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and modernization of existing systems to ensure their sustainability and performance; • Facilitate working groups with stakeholders and vendors to clarify architecture needs and issues; • Supervise and train teams on tools and methodologies related to architecture and technology solutions.
