Unity Health Toronto seeks an Occupational Therapist for Providence Healthcare’s Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation program. You will assess and treat impaired occupational performance through meaningful self-care, productivity, and leisure activities. Services include consultation, discharge planning, patient education, and family support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and treat patients with impaired occupational performance
- Provide consultation, discharge planning, and occupational therapy education
- Collaborate with interprofessional disciplines for comprehensive patient care
- Identify educational needs among patients and families




- Participate in quality improvement and organizational research

Requirements:

- Current Ontario occupational therapy license in positive standing
- Master’s Degree or substantial equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Current BLS certification or probationary completion
- MoCA certification or probationary completion when required
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
