Eye Optical | Brampton East & Brampton West

Pay: $20–$24 per hour + sales commission + performance bonuses

Eye Optical is looking for motivated Student Opticians, Optometric Assistants, and Frame Stylists to work across our two Brampton locations. If you enjoy helping patients, recommending eyewear, and achieving sales goals, we’d love to meet you.

Our locations offer eye examinations, OCT retinal imaging, and visual field testing, allowing you to support a comprehensive patient experience.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome patients and provide attentive service from their first visit through eyewear pickup.
- Help customers select frames and explain lens options suited to their needs, style, and budget, within your training and role.
- Explain product benefits clearly and turn enquiries into sales.
- Assist with appointment bookings, orders,



insurance billing, and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and organized displays, inventory, and work areas.
- Contribute to sales targets, repeat business, and positive patient experiences.
- Assist with pre-testing, adjustments, dispensing, or clinical support as appropriate to your qualifications, training, and required supervision.
- Work scheduled shifts at both Brampton East and Brampton West.

Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 1 year of optical sales experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in an optometry clinic.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- A reliable, detail-oriented approach and a positive team attitude.
- Motivation to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent patient service.
- Availability to work at both Brampton locations.
