Our client is looking for a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead to drive a complex ServiceNow program end-to-end for a confidential banking client. The program supports a retail banking transformation across operations, branches, contact centre and support teams, leveraging ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO).

Location: Montreal, QC, hybrid preferred

Contract: November 2026 to April 30, 2027

Target pay rate: $120–$150 CAD/hour

Responsibilities

- Own delivery of multiple concurrent technology initiatives, from requirements through build, testing, deployment and value realization.
- Establish integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and release commitments.
- Lead distributed Canada/India teams, aligning capacity, ownership and accountability across internal teams, vendors and delivery partners.
- Manage scope, RAID, dependencies, capacity and delivery risks.
- Challenge development progress, estimates, test coverage, defects, setting readiness and data readiness.
- Ensure release readiness and successful production deployment, resolving critical blockers.
- Provide concise executive status reporting and escalations through client governance and committees.




- Navigate cross-functional stakeholders, drive decisions and ensure solutions meet business requirements and intended outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Strong technology delivery leadership with experience delivering complex, multi-workstream programs concurrently.
- ServiceNow delivery experience.
- Strong team leadership and accountability, with the ability to challenge progress and commitments.
- Experience managing distributed Canada/India or offshore teams.
- Ability to assess and challenge technical delivery, including development, testing, defects, environments and data readiness.
- Strong command of scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID, capacity and release readiness.
- End-to-end ownership mindset and strong stakeholder management skills to navigate banking stakeholders, governance and committees.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and delivery partners.
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- French-speaking and bilingual.
