The Technology Product Management Lead Analyst is a senior individual contributor (IC) position responsible for liaising between senior business users, operations leads, and technologists to define product vision, drive product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead platform enhancements. The overall objective of this role is to provide thought leadership, drive continuous exploration, advance data quality and capabilities, and maximize business value and platform adoption.

This Corporate Actions Product & Data Team works on a global strategic technology platform - Global Corporate Action Event Repository. Major tasks involve - processing Vendor Data Feeds, Analyzing and Researching Data, Working on Swift Messages,



User Interface, Data publishing to downstream clients (via Cloud, custom publisher), Rules and Governance, Audit, Compliance. Lead Business and Functional Requirements, Epics, and User Stories for complex Corporate Action initiatives

Drive Product Backlog management, refinement, and sprint prioritization

Lead Data Modelling, Mapping across vendors and internal feeds

Data Mining, Profiling, Transformation, and advanced SQL validation

Work closely with stakeholders – Clients across lines of businesses, Operational partners, IT, PMO

Drive interface strategy and design - Web GUI / API

Lead engagements with Data Providers and Vendors (Internal & External)

Identify opportunities for automation, process streamlining, and AI-ready data use cases

Manage senior stakeholder expectations, roadmap delivery, user training, and release governance

Working with senior stakeholders - clients and business partners to capture business and product requirements

Validation and testing in collaboration with Dev/QA/Operations

5+ years experience as Business Analyst/Product Manager in a relevant industry (e.g., Financial Services, Technology

5+ years experience in requirements management tools (e.g., Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL and Oracle is often beneficial.

Experience with business process reengineering, business systems development, and contemporary system architectures (Cloud, APIs)

Proficiency in data analysis, and understanding of data models





Strong analytical skills, with extensive experience in documenting functional/technical specifications, epics, and user stories

Experience in Master or Reference Data space

Experience with business process reengineering, business systems development, and modern system architectures (Cloud, APIs)

Proficiency in data analysis, and understanding of data models

Understanding of AI/GenAI fundamentals and how to structure "AI-ready" reference data

Exposure to process automation, workflow streamlining, or intelligent data quality checks Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
