Lookout Housing and Health Society in New Westminster, BC, is seeking a Tenant Support Worker (TSW) to assist residents with daily living, support, education, and skills training for greater independence and secure housing. The role reports to the Site Manager and requires respirator fit testing with adherence to WorkSafeBC.

Shifts cover 7 days, including day, afternoon/evening, and overnight periods, with night premiums for eligible hours. Applications accepted until November 6, 2026 at 5:00pm.
