Adecco is currently hiring a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic / Service Manager in Saskatoon, SK. This opportunity is ideal for a senior technician who enjoys mentoring others, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of a business while remaining actively involved in technical service work. You will help lead a growing team, support apprentices and junior technicians, and serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and coworkers.

Build strong customer relationships and assist with customer escalations when required. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to field staff. Assist with service planning, scheduling, and operational coordination.

Collaborate with leadership on service improvement initiatives and business growth opportunities. Support recruitment, onboarding, and technician development efforts. Contribute to creating a positive team culture focused on safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic

Certification (required). Minimum 5 years of commercial refrigeration and HVAC experience. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Desire to grow into a Service Manager or operational leadership role. Commercial HVAC Commercial Refrigeration Plumbing Systems Make-Up Air Units Retirement Homes Hotels Restaurants Light Commercial & Light Industrial Facilities No oilfield work. Minimal heavy industrial work. No grocery refrigeration contracts.
