We are looking for a UGC Creator to become one of the faces of our brand and help grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Position: UGC Creator

Experience: Previous experience creating UGC, social media videos, or other on-camera content, with experience working with U.S.-based companies or brands

English Level: C1 or C2 proficiency in both written and spoken English (required)

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-time, 40 hours per week, Flexible schedule

Location: Fully Remote

Who You Are

- Natural on Camera: You're confident, comfortable, and genuinely enjoy being in front of the camera. You can speak naturally, deliver scripts, and create videos that feel authentic rather than overly rehearsed.
- Excellent English Communication: You have C1 or C2 English proficiency, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, clear pronunciation, and the ability to communicate naturally with a U.S. audience.
- Social Media Savvy: You understand what performs well across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms, including trending formats, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Creative Thinker: You enjoy brainstorming fresh video ideas, spotting social media trends,



and suggesting interesting ways to present content that captures attention.
- Strong Storyteller: You can turn scripts, ideas, educational topics, and business insights into engaging videos that feel natural, informative, and entertaining.
- Organized and Collaborative: You're reliable, comfortable following content calendars, and enjoy working closely with marketers, scriptwriters, and video editors to consistently produce high-quality content.
- Comfortable with Video Production: You understand basic filming techniques, lighting, audio, camera positioning, and how to record professional-quality content from your own setup.
- Growth Minded: You enjoy experimenting with different content styles, receiving feedback, improving your on-camera delivery, and finding new ways to connect with audiences.

What You'll Do

- Film short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Record longer-form YouTube videos, including educational content, industry discussions, company insights, and other marketing videos.
- Work closely with our creative marketer and content team, who will assist with scripting, content ideation, video editing,



and publishing.
- Present prepared scripts, talking points, and creative concepts naturally on camera, making content feel conversational, engaging, and authentic.
- Help brainstorm new content ideas, trending formats, creative hooks, and ways to increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.
- Host and conduct video interviews with clients, including testimonials, success stories, case studies, and other customer-focused content.
- Participate in interviews, discussions, Q&A; videos, and other on-camera content featuring team members, clients, or industry professionals.
- Create educational and entertaining content around international recruitment, remote work, hiring, business growth, and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on social media strategy, sharing creative ideas and feedback on what content formats and approaches may perform best.
- Coordinate with our marketing team on content schedules, recording priorities, and occasional social media publishing when needed.
