Job Summary The Unit Turnover Cleaning Specialist prepares residential units for recent occupants by completing thorough, detail-oriented cleaning between residents. This role ensures each unit is clean, orderly, and ready for inspection. The position is suited to someone who takes pride in reliable work, follows procedures, and can work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Duties

- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces throughout each unit.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and wipe surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and floors.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, counters, sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers.
- Remove trash and debris, and leave units ready for inspection.
- Identify damage or maintenance concerns and report them to the supervisor.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to instructions.
- Follow checklists and quality standards,



and complete assigned work.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an orderly condition.

Skills

- Cleaning experience, including attention to detail and quality.
- Custodial experience is preferred.
- Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and complete tasks within time constraints.
- Dependable, organized, and able to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to safely use cleaning products and equipment.
- Professional, respectful approach when working in residential properties.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 25.0 per week
