Big White Utilities is seeking motivated Utility Operators (Levels I–III) to join our team at Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna, BC. This full-time, in office role involves operating and maintaining water and wastewater systems, SCADA monitoring, and participating in seasonal system preparation under EOCP and provincial regulations.

Opportunities vary by level, with pathways to lead repairs, safety inspections, and mentoring of junior operators.
