Job Description: Coughlin Insurance Brokers is seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing a portfolio of commercial clients, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and carrier partners to provide exceptional service and build long-lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial clients through networking, referrals,



and cold outreach Conduct needs assessments and present customized insurance solutions Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to policy binding Provide ongoing client service and policy renewals support Collaborate with underwriting and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Level 2 license in BC or AB (or willingness to obtain)Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Experience with Applied EPIC is an asset Why Join Coughlin Insurance Brokers?
