We are currently looking for a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This is a part-time position, specifically requiring the successful candidate to work on Monday, Thursday and Friday evenings from 11:30 AM- 8 PM. We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic, punctual, responsible with a robust work ethic, flexible and possesses the initiative to work individually as well as work well as a team. Previous experience with handling animals is a must.

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Providing exceptional client service, greeting clients, directing telephone and client inquiries, performing clerical duties. Meeting and greeting patients and clients, appointment scheduling, phone answering, invoicing, receiving payments, and filling prescriptions, other daily office procedures, interaction with clients and patients in a pleasant, efficient manner, restrain and handle animals,



prepare animals (patients) for surgery, assist the doctors with surgery, and exam room procedures, maintain clinic cleanliness and organization, assist with x-rays.
