The Vice President, Controller is a senior finance leader reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This role oversees accounting policies, consolidated statements, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and core accounting operations. It provides executive advice while building scalable, accurate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation

Oversee IFRS and applicable U.S. GAAP reporting compliance

Advise executives on accounting conclusions, risks, and controls

Manage regulatory reporting and capital calculations





Build and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements: Minimum 10 years progressive accounting and controllership experience

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or related discipline

Canadian Chartered Qualified Accountant or equivalent designation

Advanced IFRS knowledge and complex accounting experience

Regulated financial services experience strongly preferred
