Engineer maintains servers and applications, introduces Revenue-specific solutions, and provides technical guidance. The position also supports enterprise technology projects.

Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows server environments

Support line-of-business and commercial off-the-shelf applications

Manage certificates, upgrades, incidents, and vendor coordination

Provide training and technical guidance to technical staff





Analyze and resolve complex Operations systems issues

Requirements: Four years supporting enterprise servers or vendor-hosted solutions

Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge

Expertise requesting, implementing, and maintaining security certificates

Ability to document and communicate technical resolutions
