Private Home Caregiver Needed – ALS Care We are looking for a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide private in-home care for a woman living with ALS. Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., every second week. Primary responsibilities: • Assist with secure transfers, including getting her in and out of her wheelchair/bed as needed • Assist with feeding and meals • Provide support with her daily care and comfort • Be attentive, patient, and respectful of her independence and dignity Experience and requirements: • Experience providing personal care or working with individuals with mobility limitations • Must be comfortable and capable with transfers • Must be comfortable assisting with feeding • Experience with ALS or neurological conditions is an asset • Reliable, patient, compassionate, and comfortable working independently We are looking for someone who will provide caring, respectful support and become a trusted part of her care team.
