We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join an advertising team in Toronto, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. This position is suited to a paid social expert who can lead campaign execution, optimize performance, and translate data into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring solid platform knowledge, a commercial mindset, and the ability to support high-quality campaign delivery across multiple paid social channels.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the setup, launch, and day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
- Partner with planning teams to shape campaign approaches that align with client objectives and strengthen overall paid social strategy.
- Use audience, historical, and pre-campaign insights to build effective media plans and campaign structures using internal and external tools.
- Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance closely, making timely optimizations to keep campaigns on track against KPIs and client expectations.
- Analyze campaign results and complex performance data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend actions that improve outcomes.
- Prepare dashboards and recurring or ad hoc reports that clearly communicate campaign health, results, and strategic insights to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with client partnerships and product stakeholders to support reporting, analytics, and performance storytelling across accounts.
- Contribute to advanced measurement initiatives through native platform tools and third-party solutions to connect social results with broader omnichannel performance.
- Improve operational consistency by developing scalable processes, templates, and best practices, while maintaining accurate campaign tracking and platform hygiene.
- Work with international colleagues and client-facing teams to uphold global standards and strengthen performance-focused client relationships.




- At least 7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing paid social media campaigns.
- Hands-on trading experience in at least one major paid social platform, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, or Reddit.
- Demonstrated success running both brand awareness and performance-driven campaigns for advertisers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into practical optimization recommendations.
- Proven experience supporting advertisers or clients in a service-oriented environment with a strong focus on campaign quality and results.
- Background as a subject matter expert, mentor, or senior team resource within previous roles.
- Confidence presenting insights, reporting updates, and campaign recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Client services experience is considered an asset.
