Pizza Shop Cashier

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable cashier to join our team. You’ll take orders, process payments, and help keep the shop running smoothly while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and take in-person and telephone orders accurately.
- Answer questions about the menu, toppings, specials, and pricing.
- Process cash, debit, and credit payments using the POS system.
- Check and package takeout and delivery orders, including drinks, dips, and utensils.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to keep orders moving.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and involve a manager when needed.
- Keep the counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized.
- Restock supplies and assist with light food preparation as needed.




- Follow food safety procedures and complete opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

- Friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and basic cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and manage multiple orders.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and late-night shifts.
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience is an asset, but training is provided.
